1. General Policy
All donations made to Lokchetna for Humanity Welfare Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable in nature.
2. No Cancellation
Once a donation is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled, as funds are immediately allocated towards charitable activities.
3. Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
• Duplicate transaction
• Incorrect amount charged due to technical error
• Payment deducted but not reflected
4. Refund Request Process
• Request must be made within 7 days of transaction
• Donor must provide:
o Transaction ID
o Payment proof
o Contact details

• Amount will be refunded via original payment method
6. NGO Rights
The Foundation reserves the right to:
• Approve or reject refund requests after verification
• Take necessary action in case of misuse or fraudulent claims
